Immaculate and modern hotel in Caldaro, just a short distance from Bolzano. The attentive staff, especially Verena at the front desk, made our stay truly special with a warm welcome and excellent recommendations. The room with mountain views was unique and offered a peaceful retreat. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, and the complimentary "Bolzano Pass" tickets were a fantastic added bonus, allowing us to explore the area easily. The attention to detail in accessibility features, such as adjustable wash basins and wheelchair-friendly amenities, showed a commitment to inclusivity that was commendable. Hotel Masatsch provided a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service, making it a standout choice for a relaxing stay near Bolzano.
